We are experiencing temporary issues with a few of the payment methods we offer when customers are either upgrading existing trial accounts, or paying for new accounts. This is not affecting any recurring subscriptions or accounts that have been paid for previously. The symptoms are that the affected accounts get disabled the moment they are paid for.
